Assisting you in managing your costs is a feature of our business. We recommend low or no cost Open Source solutions where possible to enable you to gain the greatest value from your investment.

Consulting and System Support fees are charged at a rate of $65/hr of work performed (billed in 1/2 hour increments), plus any driving time over 1/2 hour, with a minimum of of 1/2 hour charged. If the work is completed in less time than estimated, only the actual time will be billed. If the work takes longer than estimated, the time billed will be limited to a maximum of 10% over the estimated time. (Estimates may or may not include the travel time, and will state which is the case.)

Rates for long term contracts are negotiable.

Personal In-Home Computer Support

In-home rates for personal computers, systems and networks are $25/hr of work performed, plus any driving time over 1/2 hour, with a minimum of of 1 hour charged.
