All hosting accounts must be paid for one year of service, in advance. One month notice is needed for service cancellation, at which time the unused balance will be refunded.

New Sites:
Web-site development includes graphics, layout, design and page development (new sites only).

• 50% (Minimum $500) "earnest money" required up-front before work begins. (For sites less than $600, full payment required up-front.)
  • 1 - 5 static pages: $550
  • 6 - 12 static pages: $800
• CGI, Dynamic Content, Database, JavaScript, Forms Handling, eCommerce, and extra page development: $50/hr

Web-site Rescue:
Did your web developer leave you with a site that is incomplete or non-functional? Bought a "self-design" web hosting package? I can complete the job for you. $75/hr.

Domain hosting: $30/yr

$120/year hosting + one-time charges of $20 (2yr) domain registration + $35 domain setup + site development fees

BITS Managed ("Developer Access") Hosting:
$600/year hosting + $20 (2yr) domain registration site development + site development fees (setup fee waived)

• Includes all from "Basic Web-Site"
• Reduced rate access to 2 hours of developer updates and site administration per month.

Notes:

• Domain fee waived for self registered domains
• Cancellation of hosting service: If service is canceled for any reason, the remaining years worth of payment minus two months, will be refunded.
• If a site is de-activated due to non-payment (considered if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date), a 10% penalty plus an additional $35 setup fee will be assessed to re-activate it.
